• Hikers Arena offers outdoor hiking events and related services. All purchases and bookings on our website and manually are subject to these terms and conditions.
• We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Event Reservation & Participation

• No reservation is made by word of mouth. Reservation is done after paying the full or partial payment defined in each event.
• By registering for any event, you confirm that you meet the physical requirements and are in good health to participate.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and are required to follow the instructions provided by our guides and team during events.
• Hikers Arena is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during participation in our events.

3. Payments and Fees

• All event payments must be made through the website. We accept the M-PESA & PayPal as payment methods. Each event information has appropriate links that allow you to use your preferred payment sources, e.g., banks, with the default checkout being M-PESA. You are required to register your payment on the appropriate pages if you are not using M-PESA. If you use the automatic checkout, you do not need to register your payment. Do not forward payment messages.
• Prices for events are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect payments already processed.
• Full payment is recommended at the time of booking, but a payment deposit of a defined amount is required at the time of booking. No event bookings are confirmed until the payment is processed, after which you receive a confirmation email.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• You may cancel your participation in an event up to 7 days before the scheduled date for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as processing or administrative costs).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may be subject to a partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
• Hikers Arena reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

5. Gift Cards and Tickets

• Gift cards or tickets from Hikers Arena are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated. They may only be used for the specified events or services.
• Freedom and Advantage Tickets must be used within the stipulated period and cannot be carried over or exchanged for cash.
• Program tickets are offered as a package and have no refunds. However, they have certain provisions defined in the program information.

6. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described therein.
• We take appropriate measures to protect your payment details, but Hikers Arena will not be liable for unauthorized access to your information during the payment process. Ensure to follow best browsing practices with all other websites you access.

7. Website Use

• You agree not to use this website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Harassment, spamming, or misuse of any content on the website is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the Kenyan Courts.
